Edward Jones
We meet, 2nd and 4th Thurs at 7:45A.M. at 1500 W Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935 at TD Bank.
I began my journey with Edward Jones as a client in 2010 and working with a financial advisor changed my life. Looking back, I know I would not be where I am today financially if I hadn't been working with a financial advisor all these years. It motivates me every day to help people who may be intimidated by or disconnected from what their money is doing.
My father was a banker, and I was fortunate enough to grow up in an environment where saving and investing was just what you did. I was born in Japan and lived in New York from age 3 to 10, so I grew up in both cultures. I think that growing up in these two very different cultures made me more open minded and diverse.
I moved from Japan to Florida in 2003 after completing my college education and a study abroad program in Maastricht, the Netherlands. I live and work in the community I serve with my two beautiful children ages 13 and 10. I am passionate about my community, family, reading, dancing, traveling and learning about people and their stories.
Giving back and community involvement are important to me. I am a graduate of Leadership Brevard Class of 2020. I serve as an ambassador to the Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, board member of Junior Achievement of the Space Coast and LEAD Brevard, and VP of Membership of 5-Star Toastmasters. My children and I also participate in our annual community production of The Nutcracker with the Space Coast Ballet Company.
I gained my CFP® Certification in 2024 to be able to serve my clients better, and I focus on clients in the following situations:
Death, divorce or disposition: When someone goes through a major life transition involving these three situations – death of a loved one, end of a marriage, disposition of assets such as a house or business – I help them make a plan for their new life stage.
Corporate executives in their mid 40s-50s earning $250,000 and up: I guide corporate executives in their highest earning years who are not sure if they are maximizing their savings to live their best life in retirement.
Business owners looking to retire in 5-10 years: I support hard-working business owners who invested everything in their business to develop a strategy on how to best exit their business and create a succession plan if needed.
I look forward to connecting with you and your loved ones.
